Bueno,confirmado!!!Ademas estare alli fijo,ya tengo el billete asi que no faltare!!!!!!!!!!!He metido un par de videos,para que veais como se lo curra el pavo!!!!!!!!Solo 3 eurillos la entrada,tirao!!!! Este post es para anunciar un pedazo de concierto que se prepara para el dia 18 de Octubre,el MEJOR grupo de blues de Espanha,al menos el mejor armonica del pais(seguro)sin duda alguna.La musica del post pertenece a su ultimo disco "Blues con los Colegas" con diversa gente,unos muy conocidos,otros no tanto.Obviamente este post lo ire ampliando a medida que me entere de mas cosas,como la hora exacta(aun no sabemos que hora sera mejor)pero el lugar es en el CSOA La Fabrika de Suenhos,en Villalba justo tras la estacion de la RENFE.Hay bebida,comida y aun no se el precio,pero no sera caro,nunca mas de 5 eurillo,por lo que me han informado.Ya ire metiendo algun video del colega,a medida que vaya ampliando y REPUBLICANDO este post!!!!!Para La Fabrika,hay un enlace en mi blog,como se puede ver,donde explican mejor de lo que va el sitio(es un centro social okupado).Pues eso,ahi queda este aviso de momento y ya lo completare!!Por cierto,pa quien no sepa quien es el Naco,me tomo la libertad de copiar esto de su site,no le importara al colega.

Una vida plenamente dedicada al Blues. A los catorce años, en 1981, abandona los estudios y baja al metro de Madrid para acompañar al cantante y guitarrista Malcolm Scarpa, con el que formaría un dúo que perdura hasta la fecha.
En el periodo comprendido entre 1981 y 1985, el dúo combina esta actividad diaria con pequeñas actuaciones, a cambio de la voluntad, por los clubs de los incipientes barrios de Malasaña y Centro. También tocan en dos grupos liderados por Malcolm: El sonotone de Malcolm y la Standart Banda.
Paralelamente, en este periodo, Ñaco es invitado todas las noches a tocar con Whisky David, teclista escocés instalado en España desde hace mucho, mucho tiempo. A estas jam-sessions acuden numerosos músicos como: José Carlos Molina (Ñu), Ulises Montero (Gabinete), José María Guzmán (Cánovas, Adolfo, Rodrigo y Guzmán) y Toni de Juan (Coz), entre otros. Es precisamente en estas actuaciones donde conoce a Tonky de la Peña, y tras algunas actuaciones, Ñaco pasa a ser integrante de la primera formación de la Tonky Blues Band.
En éste periodo, entre 1986 y 1991, la Tonky crea su circuito de Blues y actúa en festivales como: I Festival de Blues de Antequera, I Festival Blues de Madrid. Telonean a Johnny Mars, con el que hacen Jams en la Coquette Blues Bar de Madrid. En éste bar tocarán con la banda: Michael Coleman y los músicos de James Cotton, Kevin Ayers y Ollie Hansel, entre otros. También Tonky y Ñaco son invitados a subir al escenario del San Juan Evangelista (Madrid) con Johnny Copeland. Por otro lado, con Ñaco en la banda hay dos Lp´s grabados.
Ñaco colabora, metiendo armónica, en el single “Motoristas”, de Loquillo y los Trogloditas, del disco “Mis problemas con las mujeres”.
Por otro lado, graba y actúa junto al legendario grupo Mermelada, desde la muerte del Moro, armónica original del grupo, desde finales de los ochenta hasta el día de hoy.
En 1991, Ñaco abandona la Tonky blues band y retoma su dúo (que nunca dejará totalmente) con Malcom Scarpa y forman Los Jockers grabando el Lp “Doin’ our Kind” junto a Francisco Simón, Steve Jordan y Elvia Aguilar.
Los Jockers (1991-1995) vuelven a tocar en festivales, ciclos, telonean y acompañan en el escenario en diversas ocasiones a: Lazy Lester, Louisiana Red, Carey Bell, Bernard Allison y Rick `Eureka´ Jones; además de participar en actuaciones con otras formaciones del Blues nacional: Mama Montse, Caledonia Blues Band, Algeciras Blues Expres, Armonica Couxa…
También Ñaco, por estas fechas, graba junto a Cool Jerks, Salvador Dominguez, Emilio Aragón, Le Mans, Cánovas, Adolfo y Guzmán, Rosa León, Clara Monte, Miguel Rios (en el tema “cerca del mar”); actúa en el Festival de Jazz de San Sebastián acompañando a Javier Vargas, aparte de tocar para anuncios y series de televisión (Al salir de clase) y salir invitado a escenarios por innumerables músicos tanto nacionales como internacionales (Bill Perry, Big Jack Johnson, etc.).
Cuando se disuelven los Jockers, y junto a Armando Marcé (ex batería de Tonky Blues Band entre otras muchas formaciones) formarán Los Bluescavidas junto a Oskar González, Phineas Sánchez, Salva Carsi y Kapo Alburquerque. Como hemos visto anteriormente, Salva y Oskar dejarán la banda más tarde, y últimamente se incorporará Edu “big hands”.
Ñaco ha participado en otros importantes eventos musicales, ya sea con Los Bluescavidas, con el finlandés Ille Hammalainen, con Amar Sundy, con Zack Pratter, con Malcolm Scarpa ( con quien grabaría su segundo Lp como Malcolm – Ñaco “Berriz Blues Sessions” y actuaría en el Festival de Jazz de San Sebastián de 1999 [junto a Tapia eta Leturia Jazbana] y en el Festival de Blues de Getxo del mismo año); formando un proyecto con el genial armonicista Antonio Serrano “Armónicas de fuego” (donde a su vez estaban: Pancho Company, Francisco Simón, Jose Luis Martín, Dan Rochllis y Malcolm Scarpa).
En el año 2000, graba en el nuevo disco de Red House “Hold on” y sale a la calle el disco recopilatorio con Malcolm Scarpa “ 1980 – 2000 Ñaco Goñi – Malcolm Scarpa”. Tambien en este año se edita el disco de Claudio Gabis (Manal) "Claudio Gabis convocatoria" donde Ñaco participa en el tema 'negro como un Blues' junto a C. Gabis, Alejo Stivel y Joaquin Sabina, y en el tema 'Blues del corazón destrozado' junto a C. Gabis y Ciro Fogliatta.
En los años 2001 y 2002 la cosa estuvo movida y divertida, ya que Ñaco participó en numerosas colaboraciones, festivales y actuaciones interesantes junto a gente como Ian Siegal, King Rollo, Big Gilson, Steve zee (ademas Ñaco graba dos temas en el CD de Stevie Zee de ese año). En el festival de Jazz de Boadilla, hace una colaboración sorprendente al salir invitado a tocar un tema con Jorge Pardo, Carles Benavent, Tino di Geraldo, Raimundo Amador, El Negri y El Paquete. Buddy miles hace lo propio al invitarle a tocar en la sala Clamores de Madrid.
En esta última temporada, Ñaco y los Bluescavidas vieron nacer el proyecto Reunión Blues con Raimundo Amador; donde se improvisó, se vaciló y se toco mucho Blues junto a un genial guitarrista de Bliues como es Raimundo. Se participa en varios festivales de Blues con este proyecto (Festival de Blues de Reus, Festival de Blues de Béjar, Festival de Blues de Cerdanyola) y en otras actuaciones (Ermua, Puente la Reina, Bergara). En una de estas memorables sesiones, la de Cerdanyola para ser exactos, es digno de mencionar la fiesta improvisada en la habitación del hotel donde estuvieron Hook Herrera, Jerry Portnoy, Raimundo Amador y Ñaco improvisando algunos Blues que se habían quedado sin tocar en el escenario.
También en el 2003 ha sido invitado a tocar en dos temas del nuevo disco en directo de Los Porretas grabado en el Aqualung. Buen rollo y Rock'n'roll a toda mecha.

Para terminar el 2003, un sueño para Ñaco; es invitado al escenario del Conde Duque a tocar un tema con Billy Branch y Kenny Neal a tres armónicas, tras la actuación Kennard Johnson, batería de la banda (13 años con James Cotton y antiguo batería de Raful Neal, padre de Kenny), sugiere invitar a Ñaco en otro tema en el Festival de Jazz de San Javier en Murcia, Ñaco sigue aprendiendo el blues.
El 2004 continúa con sus Bluescavidas como de costumbre en sus clubs y actuaciones de toda índole. En junio llama Miguel Ríos y le invita a participar en la grabación de su disco 60 Mp3 en el tema "Cosas que le debo a Madrid", y a las debidas presentaciones en teatros y auditorios, programas de radio (La gramola) y televisión (Telemadrid y TV1). Comenta Ñaco: "Hay que ver lo que se aprende con este hombre". Paralelamente a estas actividades, durante el mes de octubre Amar Sundy, ex rítmica de Albert King y gran amigo de Ñaco, se instala en su casa y actúa con los Bluescavidas prácticamente todos los días del mes en el Café Jazz Populart, La Coquette Blues Bar y Bar Moe. En vista del éxito de esta asociación, repetirán del 25 de diciembre de 2004 al 6 de enero del 2005.
Parecía que el año acababa inmejorablemente, parecía. A finales de octubre llama el productor Carlos Narea en invita a Ñaco a participar en varios temas de la grabación del nuevo CD acústico del mítico grupo Burning. Ñaco comenta: "No quepo en mí de gozo".Tambien por estas épocas graba en directo en Pontevedra con sus buenos amigos Miki Nervio and the Bluesmakers un cd para despues presentarlo en festivales como el de Santa maría en las islas Azores.

En 2005-2006 se embarca en dos proyectos, primero una asociación con los armonicistas Mingo Balaguer, de Sevilla, y Danny Boy de Valencia, acompañados por Armando Marcé a la batería, Fernando Torres al bajo y Quique Bonal a la guitarra, grabando el disco "Spanish Blues Harp Attack", participando con este proyecto en el Festival de Blues Ciudad de Béjar, en el XIII Festival de Jazz de Marchena, Festival de Blues de Antequera, Noches de Blues del IVAM. El disco ha sido editado por el sello Gaztelupeko Hotsak (Hotsak.com) de Guipuzkoa. En el segundo proyecto a Ñaco le da un pronto, se levanta del sofá y emprende la grabación de "Blues con los colegas", doble cd de 28 temas con la participación de 57 músicos más el perro de Steve Jordan (ver créditos en el apartado de discografía). Este cd está considerado como una pequeña guía o documento del blues en España ("Esto es de lo mejor que he hecho nunca" comenta Ñaco satisfecho). Al ser el cd autoeditado, "Blues con los colegas" (ñg001) inaugura el sello discográfico creado para esta ocasión y los próximos 10 años llamándose Ñaco Goñi Discos. Desde verano hasta invierno de 2006 Ñaco sigue con sus Bluescavidas, sus colaboraciones, sus jingles y sus múltiples proyectos, amén de acompañar en su gira 60 Mp3 a Miguel Ríos en numerosas actuaciones. En este periodo cabe destacar la participación de su dúo con Malcolm Scarpa en el Festival de Köpenik de Berlín. En estos días se realizaron divertidísimas jam-sessions en diferentes bares de Berlín de la mano de Marcos Coll y Adrián Costa de Los Reyes del ko. 2007 entra curioso, primero actuaciones con Amar Sundy y Bluescavidas y las jam en el Bogui de la c/ Barquillo con Stevie Zee, guitarra y voz, Paul Larnaudie bajo y Noah Saye a la batería, la participación de Bluescavidas en el Ciclo Músicas del Alma en San Javier (Murcia) con invitados como Whisky David, Jeff Spinoza, Welma Powell y Antonio Serrano. Para principios de verano, tras solicitar durante dos años un volumen de bajo coherente con el resto de los músicos, ñaco se vé forzado a pedir al Flaco que deje la banda, así de esta manera queda disuelta la tercera formación de los Bluescavidas, aunque ya está trabajando en la siguiente. En la actualidad Ñaco sigue actuando ahora asociado al guitarrista cantante de Inglaterra Stevie Zee principalmente, y cómo no, con cualquiera de sus formaciones con la que se quiera disfrutar de una buena descarga de blues.

Y lo que se nos olvida, y sobre todo, lo que queda.

In Virus Hunting, Robert Gallo offers a highly personal view of his triumphs and agonies with the human retroviruses he believes cause leukemia and AIDS. Gallo's greatest triumph was the notorious press conference in April 1984 when he and the Secretary of Health and Human Services Margaret Heckler jointly announced that Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is the cause of AIDS and that Gallo had discovered HIV. It set the unique precedent, that a scientific hypothesis of immense clinical consequences would be nationally accepted prior to a single publication on the subject by Gallo or any other American scientist. Moreover, Gallo managed at the same time to file together with his employer the National Institutes of Health, for a lucrative AIDS test patent. However, subsequent nucleic acid sequence analyses proved Gallo's virus from 1984 to be the same as the virus discovered by Luc Montagnier in 1983. Since Montagnier had sent his virus to Gallo in 1983, it appeared that Gallo had rediscovered Montagnier's virus. In addition, a legal investigation proved that the photograph of HIV in Gallo's first AIDS papers was that of Montagnier's virus ''inadvertently" used ''largely for illustrative purposes" (p. 210-11). That would have been the end for all claims to immortality by ordinary, academic scientists not working for a government that had committed itself to Gallo's hypothesis.

In Virus Hunting, Robert Gallo claims to have achieved two of his most desired goals: to prove that HIV virus is guilty of causing AIDS and that Gallo is innocent of appropriating Montagnier's virus. The bizarre story of how Gallo isolated his HIV is one of the many, too many, stories told to put to rest the suspicion that Gallo had misappropriated Montagnier's virus. Says Gallo, Mika Poppovic took the ''thinking" of infecting cells in culture ''one step further.... He continually reinfected by adding virus back to the cell line or by adding fresh cells as needed.... Now he had virus from ten patients in the pool....To this day, we do not know which patient it was from." (p.179-180) However, if Gallo and Popovic had ever studied retroviral interference, the answer would be embarrassingly clear. The virus was from Montagnier's "patient," because if cells are infected in sequence by related retroviruses, the first one to infect a culture will exclude all subsequent infections. In view of Gallo's and Poppovic's plans that "one day we will tell our grandchildren about this moment" (p. 180), one can only hope that their grandchildren will not know more about retrovirology than their grandfathers did.

In his efforts to legitimize his discovery, Gallo struck one of the biggest deals of revisionist science. In 1987 he coauthored a Nature paper with Montagnier that described 'the scientific chronology of events" (p. 214), claiming that both researchers had "co-discovered" HIV, one in 1983 and the other in 1984, and co-believed that it was the cause of AIDS. It described the two scientific and patent rights rivals as friendly allies in the war against AIDS. Indeed, it is bewildering to see how much time Gallo spends bargaining science for politics or politics for science instead of making his case in the laboratory. Take for example another deal with Montagnier, "When Montagnier and I met in private and had a chance to discuss our views, we agreed to respond to the question with a middle position: the mutation of AIDS [probably means HIV] into casually transmitted virus would be highly improbable. '(p. 233)

However, the entente cordiale with Montagnier did not last forever! In 1990 Montagnier came to the conclusion that HIV cannot be a sufficient cause of AIDS and is thus no longer a satisfactory enemy in the war against AIDS. At the international AIDS Conference in San Francisco, at press conferences and in two scientific papers in 1990, Montagnier cited the chronic dormancy of HIV, the fact that never more than one in about 500 T-cells are infected, and above all, the inability of HIV to kill T-cells, as primary reasons for his change of mind. Ironically, Gallo notes seven years after himself introducing HIV as the cause of AIDS at a press conference, "this surprising view which has been chiefly presented in press conferences, has given, and may do so for a while, added longevity to confused and confusing (to others) arguments that HIV is not the primary cause of AIDS." (p. 286) "In short, he has lent some support to Duesberg..." (p. 297), thus putting the HIV-protestant Montagnier, now referring in the press to HIV as a "peaceful virus," close to the HIV-renegade Duesberg who said HIV was a harmless "dud" (p. 290). Likewise, Gallo writes that "...Duesberg's rush to the media has its dangerous side." (p. 297) But Gallo, the father of science by press release, fails to explain why it is "dangerous" for me, Montagnier, and others to question a hypothesis that in seven years of fierce research and annual investments that currently amount to 3 x 10 9 dollars has yet to stop or contain AIDS, or even predict its spread.

Gallo sets for himself the highest standards of scientific integrity in his efforts to prove HIV as the cause of AIDS: "...until we were able to lay out our proof before the scientific community... no credit came our way," and ''I believe in the value of vigorous debate. It is almost instinctive." (p. 164) "I love the rough and tumble of intellectual debate and usually welcome attacks on my own ideas (though I admit not always... and depending on the source)" (p. 169). Yet lots of credit and patent rights came Gallo's way, before even his first paper on the AIDS virus had been published; and his love and instinct for intellectual debate suddenly disappeared when I challenged his "own ideas" about HIV and AIDS in a paper in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences in 1989 (86:755764). For two years Gallo failed to honor his promise to the editor of the journal to write a rebuttal. Indeed, Virus Hunting shows that Gallo is a paper tiger when it comes to intellectual debate. Clearly he has nothing but soft epidemiological evidence to offer as "proof" for the virus-AIDS hypothesis. His strongest point is that antibody to HIV is found in all AIDS patients "one hell of a good beginning..." (p. 292). However, he fails to point out that AIDS is defined as a syndrome, a collection, of 25 unrelated diseases that are only called AIDS if that antibody is present. In its absence the very same diseases are called by their old names: pneumonia, dementia, tuberculosis, etc. Moreover, Gallo acknowledges that HIV fails the classic criteria of proving a microbe guilty of causing a disease, formulated by the German bacteriologist Robert Koch, who discovered the bacillus of tuberculosis. However, instead of providing alternative proof of HIV as the cause of AIDS, Gallo dumps the timetested postulates of Koch. Says Gallo, "The last one hundred years [from Robert Koch to Robert Gallo!] have also conclusively taught us that the underlying premise of Koch's postulates is wrong" (p. 281)

Gallo emphasizes repeatedly that I am unprepared to understand AIDS, because I am not an M.D. but "a chemist, a molecular virologist" (p. 291). After Virus Hunting, I wonder whether the M.D. Gallo might not have been better cast using his medical training to treat AIDS patients than trying to resolve the "molecular virology" of HIV and the ''chemistry" of AIDS
