Chef a la carta ofrece poco más de hora y media de una sonrisa constante y carcajadas de 3 a 4 minutos, es decir, la receta perfecta para lograr una película entretenida, colorida, muy gay y menos provocadora que lo que sus chistes quieren hacer parecer.<o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></B>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 10pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><FONT size=3><FONT face=Calibri>Comentarios como, ‘’ya se jefe que nos han dado por el culo pero eso a usted le gusta’’ o ‘’muérdeme las nalgas’’…en un karaoke y el más recordable: ¿Ustedes saben porque despidieron al enfermero mariquita del banco de semen?, porque se la pasaba tomando en el trabajo’’, son solamente uno que otro chascarrillo de un director al que se le nota a leguas su influencia almodovariana y el que aprovecha con creces la presencia de Javier Cámara, un chef <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"></SPAN>llamado Maxi que tiene que lidiar con Alex, (Lola Dueñas), la cara bonita del restaurante que se enamora de cualquier hombre que si quiera la mire y en este caso, un ex futbolista que resulta siendo homosexual<IMG class=imgizqda id=img_0 src="http://lacomunidad.elpais.com/blogfiles/ivandariohernandezjaramillo/FUERA_DE_CARTA_001.jpg">, que es asediado por Alex y que en fin, es pareja de Maxi.</FONT></FONT></B>
<B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><FONT size=3><FONT face=Calibri>Además de este triangulo de amores y malos entendidos, aparecen en la vida de Maxi dos niños, quienes fueran fruto de su matrimonio cuando no había salido del closet y de lo que ahora tiene que responder ya que se han quedado sin madre, una temperamental mujer que le ha dejado al descubrir que tenia relaciones sexuales con el primo de ella en una fiesta familiar, es decir, una serie de situaciones en la que no se descuidan los personajes secundarios, Fernando Tejero, como el asistente de cocina imprudente que resulta en principio ser un caos para nuestro chef, y que al final logra darle luces sobre como debe de comportarse un buen padre, es decir, el que fuera su mejor amigo.<o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></B>

I.H. La primera exposición importante de Botero y además hecha afuera fue en Alemania, allá ellos lo vieron como alguien grande y fue el primer país que le dio importancia a el.
Para usted como Alemán este fue un motivo para filmar este documental?
P.S. Botero ya había realizado exhibiciones en Colombia antes de hacerlo en Munich, Alemania. La primera gran exhibición internacional de Botero fue en 1968 en Alemania y yo tuve la oportunidad de comprar algunos dibujos. Su primer éxito comercial internacional fue en Alemania. Por eso fue que me mostré interesado en Botero desde la primera vez que vi su obra de difundirlo en algún momento.
Es por eso que la avant premiere mundial de mi documental la hicimos en Munich con presencia de grandes autoridades políticas. Lo hicimos en la ciudad donde él prácticamente empezó su carrera internacional.
Después de conocerlo en Munich en los sesenta me lo encontré en París en los años setenta donde le compré una pintura. Me gustó mucho su arte porque ya estaba cansado de la dictadura del arte abstracto. Me gustó la fascinación de Botero por el arte clásico, no sólo como artista sino como coleccionista. Botero es una especie de Colón al revés. Él va a Europa a descubrir a los grandes maestros, él aprende de ellos y los lleva a Colombia. Como joven cineasta me sentí identificado con Botero en la medida en que él también criticaba su realidad, de la misma manera en que los jóvenes cineastas alemanes criticábamos nuestro entorno.
Además, Botero era admirador de pintores como Alberto Durero que es nuestro tesoro nacional. También es un devoto de Velásquez, Goya y pintores del renacimiento. Esta es una de las razones por las cuales me interesé en él.
I.H. Botero representa en sus cuadros la tradición del país, cual es su percepción acerca de la visión de la obra de Botero hacia el mundo.
P.S. Me gustó el sentido del humor tan melancólico en la pintura boteriana y su forma de defender la identidad de su país. Es muy nacionalista pero al mismo tiempo tan universal.
BOTERO: UN HOMBRE UNIVERSAL
Sí, considero que Botero es un pintor universal porque es reconocible en cualquier lugar del mundo. Usted ve a una mujer gorda y enseguida dice: Es como un Botero.
SOBRE LA EXPOSICION DE ABU GHRAIB
I.H. Esta obra que fue muy polémica, la considera una denuncia política?, si así lo es hubo mas política que arte?
P.S La serie de Abu Ghraib no es la primera en ser denuncia política. Si revisamos bien la pintura de Botero encontraremos que hay cuadros en los que critica la violencia de su país. Lo bueno fue que él decidió no vender sus cuadros lo cual es una muestra de su honestidad artística. El no vender sus cuadros que contienen crítica política es una señal de que su actitud crítica es genuina.

El lado desconocido de Tornatore resulta ser una maravilla, no todo lo distinto es malo.</FONT>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 10pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT face=Calibri size=3>Como en un rompecabezas, sin un final posible en la mente del espectador, esta Desconocida se siente eternamente larga, aunque su metraje es de apenas 118 minutos, la manera como se cuenta somete la imaginación del que la vea sin darle ni un segundo de respiro, ni alguna pista de cómo pueda llegar a feliz termino, de hecho, en principio hay una escena de prostitución muy similar a la orgia de la película de Stanley Kubrick Ojos Bien Cerrados aunque las escenas siguientes no tienen nada de erótico ni enigmático, raya en lo asquiento a tal punto que hay escenas en las que hay que voltear la mirada, aun ahora, cuando ya en cine casi nada impacta o golpea la sensibilidad, algunas escenas de trata de blancas y de sexo descomunal resultan mas agresivas e implacables que la recordada violación de Monica Belucci en la película de el director argentino Gaspar Noé, Irreversible.</FONT>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 10pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT face=Calibri size=3>Cambiada totalmente de apariencia, Irena, la actriz rusa Ksenya Rappaport, desconocida tal y como la quería el director, interpreta el papel de una domestica de un apartamento que se gana la confianza y el favor de una mucama y de su familia, a tal punto de involucrarse de forma tal, que pasada la primera hora ya el espectador tiene que haberse enterado cuales eran las intenciones de esta mujer proveniente de Ucrania para con esta familia y el porque de su cariño desmesurado con la hija de su jefa.</FONT>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 10pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT face=Calibri size=3>Un thriller inquietante, una película que proporciona emociones contradictorias y fuertes al espectador.</FONT>

A el le paso lo mismo un par de años atrás, el síndrome de incredulidad, ¿pero si solo es un pianista?, ahora da fe que no solo es eso. A muchos les pasara igual, yo lo tome mas suave y de regalo de día de la madre deje conocer a IVANN, no se sabia quien era y me preguntaban, y ¿el que es lo que hace?, yo me limitaba a decir que era espectacular, que ver para creer, sin haberlo visto, no me equivoque, ahora yo lo digo y lo recomiendo, un artista que a paso lento pero seguro ira llegando a los puestos mas altos de entre los famosos, no es que a el le importe, pero advierto que un hombre va a causar revuelo en el mundo musical y no lo verán llegar cuando eso pase.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN>

La primera vez en una presentación en el Centro Chía, el concierto para las madres, la segunda al teléfono. En la primera oportunidad sin estar cara a cara el nos conversaba a todos, era una presentación gratuita pero aun así la gente no se iba desesperada, se quedaba ahí, con frio y todo pero esperando, la noche se daba para eso, un firmamento estrellado y despejado, una luna celosa que así como paso en el cierre del Festival Iberoamericano de Teatro le dio por alumbrar mas de lo usual para ser también la protagonista, pero la luna solo fue otra invitada y aun así permanecía elegante creo que solo porque Iván Darío se lo merecía.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 10pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'"><FONT size=3>Puede que ahora suene exagerado, estoy feliz de escribirlo porque se que me darán la razón cuando IVANN pase a ser el centro de atención, que SHAKIRA ni que nada, hay que darle paso a las nuevas generaciones, las que van a engrandecer de nuevo el nombre de Colombia a nivel cultural y la volverán a posicionar como la piedra angular de la buena música. ¿Quién mas si no Iván logro que todos volviéramos a la época de la música disco, quien mas si no el logro que viajáramos también a los noventas?, como frase de recomendación les diré, al finalizar el concierto la gente se negaba rotundamente a irse, pidieron mas canciones y seguían pidiendo y bailando, ¿Quién mas si no un artista espectacular logra semejante impacto en el publico?<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN>

Una película en la que basaron la peste de Emily Rose, una versión bastante cruda y abierta con una gran actriz que demuestra que no hay necesidad de truenos y portazos violentos para hacer una historia de posesión demoniaca y una maravillosa película de Bélgica y Francia, Cuando la Marea sube, hasta el momento, el filme más esplendoroso de todo el Festival. Podemos ver gente saliendo de sus trabajos para ir directo a los cines a verlo.
