Me reciben dos personas muy agradables, carpeta en mano, y comienzan a enseñarme la documentación.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN> <P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt; COLOR: blue; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Courier New'"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Una copia del D.N.I. que me había robado el año pasado, una declaración de hacienda falsa con mi nombre y unos datos que no coinciden con los que yo entregué. Una nómina falsa en la cual, curiosamente, figura el nombre de mi empresa y el C.I.F. auténtico de la misma. (Han falsificado hasta un sello de mi universidad!!!) Dos recibos del IBI de mi casa que, en este caso, coinciden en los datos pero no en el formato (según los de la financiera con el D.N.I. robado es posible pedir una copia del IBI) y, por último, una copia de un recibo de banco de <st1:PersonName ProductID="La Caixa" w:st="on">La Caixa</st1:PersonName> cuenta que yo no había visto en mi vida.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN> <P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt; COLOR: blue; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Courier New'"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Los de la financiera me aconsejan ir cuanto antes a poner una denuncia y me piden que se la lleve. Me aconsejan también que me asegure que la cuenta de <st1:PersonName ProductID="La Caixa" w:st="on">La Caixa</st1:PersonName> que puede estar abierta a mi nombre es falsa y que de no ser así ponga, a su vez, otra denuncia.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN> <P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt; COLOR: blue; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Courier New'"><FONT face="Times New Roman">El caso es que es por la tarde. En <st1:PersonName ProductID="La Caixa" w:st="on">la Caixa</st1:PersonName> nada: llamo, trato de que me den información sobre esa cuenta pero por teléfono no dan ni las gracias. Así que me dirijo a <st1:PersonName ProductID="la Guardia Civil" w:st="on">la Guardia Civil</st1:PersonName> a poner la denuncia.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN> <P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt; COLOR: blue; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Courier New'"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Cuento toda la película al Guardia Civil de turno que pone cara de poker y me dice más o menos: Esto es de flipar y ¿Cómo ponemos todo esto en la denuncia?<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN> <P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt; COLOR: blue; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Courier New'"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Pues no se cuanto tiempo estuve en <st1:PersonName ProductID="la Guardia Civil" w:st="on">la Guardia Civil</st1:PersonName> pero rondaron las tres horas seguras. Allí descubrí que el coche que han comprado a mi nombre ya ha sido vendido a mediados de Agosto. Es decir, que el de la estafa ya se ha embolsado el equivalente a la venta del coche. Increíble! Al día siguiente, viernes por la mañana, acudo a primera hora a la sucursal de <st1:PersonName ProductID="La Caixa" w:st="on">La Caixa</st1:PersonName> más cercana. Cuento toda mi película, lo flipan, miran en el ordenador y me confirman que sí, que a mediados de Julio se abrió una cuenta a mi nombre así que rápidamente de vuelta a <st1:PersonName ProductID="la Guardia Civil" w:st="on">la Guardia Civil</st1:PersonName> a poner otra denuncia porque han abierto una cuenta en un banco con mi D.N.I..robado, ampliando la denuncia anterior.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN> <P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt; COLOR: blue; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Courier New'"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Con mis dos denuncias acudo, primero, al banco. Les dejo copia de las mismas para que bloqueen esa cuenta. Acto seguido me voy a la financiera para dejarles copia de las dos denuncias. En la financiera me recomiendan que acuda al Banco de España y que pida mis riesgos en el CIRBE.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN> <P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt; COLOR: blue; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Courier New'"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Por lo visto el Banco de España centraliza todos los créditos y ahí figura qué créditos han cargado sobre mi. Me dicen que si se han tomado tantas molestias en falsificar datos lo normal es que hayan repetido la operación con otros concesionarios y financieras y que posiblemente tenga más coches a mi nombre.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN> <P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt; COLOR: blue; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Courier New'"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Pues nada. Con la sensación de haber comprado una flotilla de coches acudo al Banco de España. Allí me dicen que sí, que ellos me dan el documento de riesgos pero que solo está actualizado a Junio que hay que esperar (yo lo necesito hasta Agosto). Solo puedo esperar.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN> <P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 20pt; COLOR: red; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Courier New'"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Los de la financiera me comentaron que esta no es la primera estafa de este tipo.
