Una lacra que hace que muchos turistas y residentes se encuentre con muchos problemas con este transporte piratas. En el Aeropuerto de Barajas y en las Estaciones de Trenes ( Puerta de Atocha y Chamartin) campan libremente personas que ofrecen coches y furgonetas sin ningún tipo de autorización administrativa, ilegales, que van a la captura del turista y le ofrecen traslados en teoria Baratos. Estos coches al no tener ningún tipo de legalidad, en caso de accidente los seguros no cubren a los pasajeros, esto en el mejor de los casos, porque son muchos los que al final del trayecto ,<FONT color=#ff0000> LES HAN ROBADO.</FONT> Otro problema grave en muchos hoteles, estas furgonetas que ofrece el hotel para el traslado que no tiene la autorización de Servicio Publico (SP) autorizada y que cobran por persona el traslado y en algunos casos pasan por varios hoteles, hostales o pensiones. Pues esta práctica es ILEGAL, denunciada por su principal asociación de alquiler con conductor (FENEVAL), lo mismo que los coches de lujo que se ven aparcados en la puerta de hoteles como el Ritz, Palace, etc.. a la espera de un cliente enviado por los porteros, esto también es ILEGAL, estos vehiculos tienen que salir de un parking con una hoja de ruta contratada previamente, segun lo que marca la Ley.
