Esparcir la mezcla con un cucharón hasta cubrir el fondo de la sartén, cuando se despegue del fondo darle la vuelta, cocinar unos segundos más y retirarlo a un plato. Así hasta terminar la pasta de los crepes.<o:p></o:p> Montar la tarta colocando una capa de crepes untada con mayonesa, una capa de jamón york, otra de crepes (siempre untados con mayonesa) y por encima otra capa que puede ser piña al natural y luego repetir otra capa de jamón y otra de piña dos veces más.<o:p></o:p> Por encima se pone mayonesa y aceitunas y/o pimientos rojos.
