0.0.0.0 47104 22437 Hoy estreno mi primer blog con nada más y nada menos que con un pequeño comentario al concierto de John Fogerty al que asistí el martes 14 de Julio junto con David y Victor. Pedazo de concierto que quedará para la historia de mi memoria. Casi 2 horas en las que John no paró de tocar y cantar como si tuviera 20 años, además de hacerles sombra a los 4 guitarristas que llevaba de acompañamiento. En el repertorio cupieron todos los temazos de CCR y alguno de sus temas en solitario. Hace unas semanas escuché (aunque probablemente no por primera vez, porque suele ocurrir), en la banda sonora de la película <em>La sombra del poder</em> (altamente recomendable, por cierto), al grupo estadounidense Creedence Clearwater Revival, de finales de los 60 y principios de los 70. ¡Qué tiempos aquellos para la música! Creadores de geniales canciones que tuvieron que popularizar otros, Creedence Clearwater Revival hace rock sureño y es considerados por algunos como la mejor banda de rock. La razón, que no tienen una canción mala. Esto se debe a que desgraciadamente la banda de los hermanos Fogerty estuvo en activo cuatro años, entre el 68 y el 72, y en este poco tiempo publicaron canciones de gran valor y que todavía hoy nos mantienen encantados.
