Sra. <A href="http://www.femilistas.com/femilistas/bibiana-aido/" target=_blank><FONT color=#5588aa>Bibiana</FONT></A>, quiero ser breve al dirigirme a usted y con la esperanza de que esta carta llegue a sus manos para pueda reflexionar sobre lo que se está consiguiendo en <A href="http://www.la-moncloa.es/MinistrosyMinistras/default.htm" target=_blank><FONT color=#5588aa>su Gobierno</FONT></A>.

<A href="http://nievesmoreno.blogia.com/2009/021902-el-caso-mag-un-inocente-condenado-a-cuatro-anos-de-prision..php"><FONT color=#5588aa>Tengo un hijo que ha sido condenado sin pruebas a más de cuatro años de cárcel</FONT></A>. Ahora mismo está pendiente de que su Gobierno le conceda un indulto que hemos solicitado de dos años, algo muy poco probable. Después de seis meses de romper una relación que había durado tres años, mi hijo emprendió una nueva relación con otra chica y por eso su ex pareja lo denunció presa de los celos y sin aportar ni un solo parte de lesiones, con la consiguiente orden de provisional de alejamiento y todos estos trámites que usted no ha vivido pero que sí es cómplice de que ahora las mujeres puedan poner denuncias falsas <A href="http://nievesmoreno.blogia.com/2009/050701--documentacion-alegato-de-nuestra-defesa-y-mientras-tanto-la-industria-feminazi-.php" target=_blank><FONT color=#5588aa>sin pruebas</FONT></A> para vengarse de sus ex parejas, de dejar a los hombres que estan casados durmiendo debajo de un puente (afortunadamente no es el caso de mi hijo) y separandolos de sus hijos en el caso que los tengan.</DIV>

Con esta ley, y usted lo sabe, <A href="http://www.elmundo.es/papel/2008/01/11/espana/2303215.html" target=_blank><FONT color=#5588aa>se ha aumentado el numero de mujeres muertas cosa que su ministerio no quiere reconocer</FONT></A>, y es que por desgracia hay muchos hombres que víctimas de tantísima discriminación, mentiras e injusticia, y sin pretender justificarlos, se dejan llevar por la desesperación, finalizando todo de una forma trágica. Afortunadamente este tampoco es el caso de mi hijo, pero muchos otros no lo hubieran podido soportar.</DIV>

Hay un gran número de hombres inocentes en la cárcel, y usted aún sigue aumentado las penas para los hombres, por eso me pregunto ¿no será usted la primera mujer <A href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Misandria" target=_blank><FONT color=#5588aa>misándrica</FONT></A> de este pais? ¿Y con su ley no es posible que esté arrastrando a que lo sean otras? Las madres que ahora tienen hijas jóvenes ¿que les podran aconsejar sobre todo si la tienen a usted como modelo?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>
Acerca de los hombres, pienso que con esta ley llegará el dia en que se tenga que adoptar en este pais algún metodo hitleriano, como es la clasificación y selección de ciertos sementales para poder fecundar a la población femenina. En caso contrario, con tantos hombres en las carceles, el índice de natalidad se vería severamente perjudicado.</DIV>
<DIV>
Y lo que es aún más sangrante, tantisimos niños como hay en este pais que no tienen padre por estar encarcelado, o están debajo del puente con la orden de alejamiento, un padre que jamás se divorcia de un hijo y que seguramente es el mejor padre del mundo.</DIV>

Si me permite un consejo, le diré que deje la politica y que vuelva a las aulas de la universidad, le queda mucho por aprender de la vida y no acepte un cargo para el que no está preparada. Con su llegada al gobierno usted ha tenido la gran habilidad de resucitar a <A href="http://picapiedra.nireblog.com/post/2006/11/18/funeral-de-francisco-franco-dictador-fascista-y-genocida" target=_blank><FONT color=#5588aa>Franco</FONT></A>, porque con ésta ley en el estado se ha regresado a una verdadera dictadura, sin medir a toda la población por el mismo rasero y sin tener los hombres la mas minima oportunidad de defenderse en los juicios de género.</DIV>

Y para mas INRI las mujeres que de verdad estan siendo maltratadas, no pueden ser atendidas debidamente por el gran colapso que hay en los juzgados de <A href="http://denunciasfalsas.blogspot.com/" target=_blank><FONT color=#5588aa>DENUNCIAS FALSAS</FONT></A> y <A href="http://nievesmoreno.blogia.com/2009/032601-agradecimiento-a-centristas-por-la-igualdad.php" target=_blank><FONT color=#5588aa>en las comisarías de policía</FONT></A>.</DIV>

Me sorprende sobremanera que a un juez que no ejecutó una sentencia provocando la muerte de la niña Mari Luz, <A href="http://www.publico.es/espana/150025/juez/caso/mariluz/tirado/castigado/multa/1500/euros/falta/grave" target=_blank><FONT color=#5588aa>lo condenen con una multa de 1,500 euros</FONT></A>, y para una jueza (María Jesús García) que ha alzado la voz sobre la denuncias falsas <A href="http://www.newstin.es/rel/es/es-010-003537551" target=_blank><FONT color=#5588aa>la han sancionado con 3.000 euros para cerrar su boca</FONT></A>, ¿tenemos en este pais una dictadura o no? impuesta por usted y los suyos, <A href="http://nievesmoreno.blogia.com/2009/031002-mujeres-de-las-que-me-siento-muy-orgullosa..php" target=_blank><FONT color=#5588aa>señora Aido</FONT></A>.</DIV>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Ante todo, informaros a quienes me conocéis, que, a pesar de casi nunca entro en Internet y menos aún en mi correo, he entrado esta noche del 4 de diciembre (ya el 5 de madrugada) para escribir el mensaje de la sugerencia que a continuación os voy a exponer, y me he llevado la sorpresa de ver un correo remitido por una persona que lleva mi apellido Arapiles. <o:p></o:p></span>
<span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Ha sido tal la sorpresa, que al principio pensé que era el único primo que creo saber que tengo y al que sólo he visto sólo cuatro o cinco veces. Pero el nombre no me sonaba ya que mi primo se llama Álvaro y el del correo ponía Nicolás Arapiles. A los dos o tres segundos de mi asombro, me di cuenta de quién era el que me había escrito: era mi hijo de 9 años casi recién cumplidos, que me decía que me había estado buscando y me pedía mi número de teléfono, si es que quería volver a saber algo de él. <o:p></o:p></span>
<span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Pues bien, una vez le he contestado, y a pesar de haber recuperado ya también a mis tres hijos; pues estuve cuatro años y medio sin poder verlos pero ahora ya les veo casi cada semana; no cejo en mi lucha contra los actuales criminales o ineptos politicuchos y os sugiero el siguiente plan que nos permita divulgar a la sociedad lo que esos chorizos están haciendo para contentar a la mafia o industria de hembristas, que no feministas como esas zorras se autodenominan y que no es cierto ya que el feminismo se creó para defender los derechos de la mujer y no para castigar a quien hoy por hoy a cometido el gran delito de nacer varón. <o:p></o:p></span>
<span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Este es el plan que os sugiero: <o:p></o:p></span>
<span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Como quiera que uno de los programas de la radio española; de los más escuchados por personas importantes y de buena voluntad; es “La mañana” de Jiménez Losantos. Y como quiera que por estar cada vez más introducido en la radio, conozco a alguien del equipo de redacción de ese programa, y sería ideal ganarnos a Jiménez Losantos para que nos permitiese divulgar frecuentemente nuestra situación y la de nuestros hijos. Y como también Jiménez Losantos cada año promueve la campaña de recogida de juguetes nuevos o casi nuevos, para dárselos un día del comienzo de cada navidad a niños sin recursos, podíamos hacer una cuestación con lo que cada uno de nosotros buenamente pueda aportar (y que quedará registrado para quien quiera controlarlo) para la compra de juguetes que entregaríamos oficialmente al propio Jiménez Losantos para que éste se haga cargo de nuestra situación y la de nuestros casi ajenos hijos y nos ayude a publicarlo periódicamente.<o:p></o:p></span>

El anteproyecto inicial de la época de Josep Maria Vallès en el que se hablaba que en caso de divorcio, los jueces aplicarían de manera preferente la custodia fue modificado por el actual Departamento de Justicia para hablar de "responsabilidad parental con carácter compartido". Y ayer hubo un nuevo tijeretazo al anteproyecto que aprobó el Gobierno catalán, pues ni siquiera se habla de preferencia.<o:p></o:p></span>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">El texto ya no habla de cuál ha de ser la preferencia que ha de aplicar el juez<o:p></o:p></span>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">El redactado aprobado es difuso y asegura que el juez "ha de atender de forma prioritaria el interés del menor, tanto si la custodia se mantiene con carácter compartido, como si se atribuye con carácter individual", según consta en el artículo 233.8. Pero no se dice cuál debe ser esa preferencia. Más adelante se mantiene la ambigüedad, de manera que si se habla de compartir se utiliza el término "responsabilidad parental", pero si ha de ser individual se utiliza la palabra custodia.<o:p></o:p></span>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Las presiones de diversos sectores feministas y la división en los partidos que sustentan el propio tripartito explican esas modificaciones. El grupo parlamentario de ICV, por ejemplo, celebró el jueves una tensa reunión en la que afloraron las dos posiciones enfrentadas. Por un lado, la liderada por Mercè Claramunt, presidenta de Dones amb IC, vicepresidenta de la formación y directora de Juego, absolutamente contraria a la custodia compartida. Por otra, la del diputado Salvador Milà, defensor de la preferencia que ha de tener esta fórmula en caso de divorcio.<o:p></o:p></span>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Tampoco en ERC existe unanimidad. Los colectivos agrupados en torno al Instituto Catalán de la Mujer siempre han sido reacios a la custodia compartida, como las abogadas que colaboran con este organismo. Y es que cuando el juez atribuye a una mujer la custodia de los hijos, eso arrastra la pensión de alimentos que ha de pagar el padre y el uso de la vivienda. Pero sólo hasta que los hijos se emancipen, por lo que a los 55 o los 60 años la mujer puede perder la casa si el hombre, en uso de sus derechos, pide la parte del inmueble que le pertenece. El anteproyecto de ley que ahora pasará al Parlament acababa inicialmente con ese paquete de casa, hijos y pensión al atribuir la custodia compartida y separar a los hijos del conflicto entre los padres por la vivienda, pero si se mantiene el redactado actual será difícil romper ese paquete.<o:p></o:p></span>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">CiU y PP censuraron ayer el texto, pero porque lo consideran una injerencia en la vida familiar, una acusación que rechazó la consejera de Justicia. El objetivo del anteproyecto es evitar, en la medida de lo posible, que "las discrepancias" entre cónyuges lleguen a los tribunales de justicia porque, con anterioridad, se han resuelto de mutuo acuerdo, dijo Montserrat Tura, informa <strong>Josep Garriga</strong>. Lo que ha pretendido el Gobierno, precisó, es "adaptar" la ley a "determinados cambios culturales" de la sociedad catalana.<o:p></o:p></span>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Algunos colectivos reaccionaron ayer mismo. Mujeres por la Igualdad, un grupo feminista que está por la custodia compartida, aseguró que el redactado es difuso y está sujeto a interpretaciones, contraviniendo la voluntad popular y el sentido común, así como los derechos fundamentales de los niños.<o:p></o:p></span>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Más de 4.000 participantes, según los organizadores, han exigido a la Generalitat que no permita ni una sola intromisión por parte del Gobierno central de Zapatero, en las competencias propias del Parlament catalán.<o:p></o:p></span>
