Pero si le llaman narcotraficante y usted se sorprenderá de cómo retrocede, qué herido es, cómo, de repente, se contrae de nuevo: “He sido descubierto.”
<p style="font-size: 12px; margin-top: 5px; margin-right: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 20px; text-transform: none; ">Ataca a gran velocidad desde su posición de seguridad y utiliza sus habilidades para aplastar cualquier intento de defensa.
Rápidamente se convierte cargos del atacante la espalda, y el atacante se convierte en el mentiroso, el terrorista. Nada podría estar más equivocado que defenderse. Eso es justo lo que uribe quiere. Podría inventar una nueva mentira todos los días por el enemigo para responder a, y el resultado es que el enemigo pasa tanto tiempo defendiendo a sí mismo que no tiene tiempo para hacer lo que uribe realmente teme: el ataque.
<p style="font-size: 12px; margin-top: 5px; margin-right: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 20px; text-transform: none; ">El acusado se ha convertido en el acusador, y en voz alta que empuja el acusador en el muelle. Por lo que siempre fue en el pasado, cuando una persona o un movimiento luchó contra el crimen y la atrocidad de uribe.
Eso es lo que le sucedería a nosotros, así no estamos plenamente conscientes de su naturaleza, y si nos faltó el coraje para sacar las siguientes conclusiones radicales:
<p style="font-size: 12px; margin-top: 5px; margin-right: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 20px; text-transform: none; ">1Uno no puede luchar contra uribe por medio positivo. Él odia con toda su alma satanica, y este odio debe ser borrado del sistema colombiano.
<p style="font-size: 12px; margin-top: 5px; margin-right: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 20px; text-transform: none; ">2. No se puede hablar de la cuestión de uribe con los uribistas. Difícilmente se puede demostrar a una persona que uno tiene la obligación de hacerle frente a este ser maligno.
<p style="font-size: 12px; margin-top: 5px; margin-right: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 20px; text-transform: none; ">3. Uno no puede permitir a uribe el mismo medio le daría un adversario honesto, porque no es oponente honorable. Él usará la generosidad y la nobleza sólo para atrapar a su enemigo.
<p style="font-size: 12px; margin-top: 5px; margin-right: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 20px; text-transform: none; ">4La llamada moral de uribe no hay moralidad en absoluto, más bien un estímulo para la traición. Por lo tanto, no tienen derecho a obrar en nombre del Estado.
<p style="font-size: 12px; margin-top: 5px; margin-right: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 20px; text-transform: none; ">6. Uribe no es más inteligente que nosotros, y no sólo más inteligente y astuto. Su sistema no puede ser derrotado económico – que sigue los principios morales completamente diferentes que nosotros. Sólo se puede romper por medios políticos.
<p style="font-size: 12px; margin-top: 5px; margin-right: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 20px; text-transform: none; ">7. Uribe no puede insultar a un adversario politico. Calumnias de uribe no son más que insignias de honor para un oponente de uribe.
<p style="font-size: 12px; margin-top: 5px; margin-right: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 20px; text-transform: none; ">8. El que no es perseguido por el uribismo, o que es alabado por ellos, es inútil y peligroso.
<p style="font-size: 12px; margin-top: 5px; margin-right: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 20px; text-transform: none; ">9.Uribe evalúa cuestiones Colombianas desde el punto de su beneficio economico de complacer su codicia inagotable. Como resultado de ello, lo contrario de lo que dice debe ser verdad.
<p style="font-size: 12px; margin-top: 5px; margin-right: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 20px; text-transform: none; ">10. El que defiende a uribe perjudica a su propio pueblo. Uno sólo puede ser un lacayo uribista o un oponente de uribe. Oponiéndose a uribe es una cuestión de dignidad personal.
<p style="font-size: 12px; margin-top: 5px; margin-right: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 20px; text-transform: none; ">El hecho de que grita y se queja de un movimiento por lo tanto es sólo un signo de que es correcto. Por tanto, estoy encantado de que ustedes constantemente atacados en los boletines oficiales de uribe. Pueden nota sobre el terror. Tengo que responder con palabras familiares a Hugo Chavez: Uribe es un bandolero organizado, un traficante de la guerra y el narcotrafico. Puedo decir con certeza infalible que mientras uribe pueda seguir con su agitacion sin control de la masa de mentiras resultara imposible mantener la paz en el continente.
¡Uribe es el enemigo más feroz del pueblo venezolano!

<big>Recuperando la tradición de esas magníficas sobremesas de las tardes de mi infancia, he vuelto a ver (ya no llevo la cuenta de cuántas veces) un clásico crepuscular de <a href="http://www.decine21.com/Perfiles/John-Ford" title="http://www.decine21.com/Perfiles/John-Ford" id="link_1">John Ford</a> , <a href="http://www.filmaffinity.com/es/film425201.html" title="http://www.filmaffinity.com/es/film425201.html" id="link_0">Dos Cabalgan Juntos</a>. Personajes trazados con tiralíneas, un guión con el que hoy se escribirían diez películas mucho peores pero de altísimo presupuesto, varios actores mayúsculos y una visión amarga, sincera y crepuscular del mundo. Personajes que no hallan su lugar en una sociedad que termina transmutándolos, con notables dosis de incomprensión, de deseados a rechazados.
Los diálogos son afilados y brillantes. Para muestra, un botón:
<strong>JOHN MCINTIRE</strong>: ¿No va a ayudarles, McKey? Esos colonos lo están esperando como a un Moisés en el desierto, un Moisés que libere a sus hijos del cautiverio comanche.
<strong>JAMES STEWART:</strong> Pues si quieren un Moisés les costará quinientos dólares por barba.
<strong>JOHN MCINTIRE:</strong> ¿Así valora usted siempre la vida humana, sheriff?
<strong>JAMES STEWART:</strong> No siempre, mi coronel. Depende de cómo esté el mercado.
No sé a ustedes, pero a mí esto <strong>me suena</strong>.</big>

ABN.- Una de cada seis personas pasan hambre en el mundo, sin embargo, los venezolanos superan las 2 mil 700 kilocalorías que la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Agricultura y la Alimentación (FAO, por sus siglas en inglés) coloca como requerimiento diario de una persona.</u></span></span></span>
<p mce_style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:15px;" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 15px; "><span mce_style="font-family:arial, sans-serif;font-size:12px;" style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; "><span mce_name="strong" mce_style="font-weight: bold;" class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold; ">El consumo de los venezolanos llega a 2 mil 790 kilocalorías diarias, mientras que la subnutrición se ha reducido en 11 años de 21% a 6% debido a la conjunción de políticas agroalimentarias y de distribución de alimentos, informó la directora ejecutiva del Instituto Nacional de Nutrición (INN), Marilyn Di Luca.</span></span>
<p mce_style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:15px;font-family:arial, sans-serif;font-size:12px;" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 15px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; "><span mce_name="strong" mce_style="font-weight: bold;" class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold; ">“Si continúa así la aplicación de políticas agrolimentarias, de financiamiento a los productores, el acceso a tierra y a los alimentos, podemos afirmar que mucho antes del 2015 podemos cumplir otra meta del milenio: La reducción del hambre”, expresó en la celebración del Día Mundial de la Alimentación.</span>

Asimismo, Di Luca manifestó que Venezuela es uno de los cinco primeros países con menos déficit nutricional en niños y niñas, antecedido por Cuba, México, Brasil y Argentina. Destacó que los logros en alimentación son posible gracias a la planificación social.
“Actualmente se realiza un plan de siembra y de abastecimiento en función a lo que la gente necesita. Igualmente, la currícula bolivariana del Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Educación (ME) está enseñando a los niños a comer los alimentos que se producen y que nos unen a nuestras raíces. Además, los compañeros de la Misión Cultura que están en la calle vinculan la alimentación y nutrición en los patrones y valores socialistas”, indicó la representante del INN.
En el Parque Generalísimo Francisco de Miranda, mientras se realizaba uno de los 12 Mercal a cielo abierto que se efectuaron simultáneamente en Caracas, el viceministro de Políticas Alimentarias, Rafael Coronado Patiño, reportaba la distribución de 12 mil toneladas de alimentos esta semana.
“Deme dos kilos de azúcar, dos de arroz, un pollo y un paquete de caraotas”, pidió Ramón Ochoa para sólo pagar menos de 14 bolívares. “Aquí al frente, en el supermercado, en un mercadito se me van 100 bolívares fácil”, expresó.
Coronado Patiño indicó que, en los 16 mil puntos de venta de la Red Mercal hay productos de calidad y con un 40% menos del precio regulado. Recordó que cuentan con una estructura jurídica que permite asegurar el abastecimiento a toda la población venezolana.
“Además, el Gobierno ha desarrollado una plataforma estructural con la Corporación Venezolana Agraria (CVA) que cuenta con una maquinaria gigantesca con más 59 plantas procesadoras de alimentos”, indicó.
Por su parte, el viceministro de Economía Agraria, Richard Canán, destacó que el financiamiento a productores por parte del Gobierno Nacional ha aumentado en un mil 300% desde 1998 hasta la actualidad.
“En el año 1998, el financiamiento a los campesinos apenas alcanzó los 268 mil bolívares fuertes, mientras que este año, con la Ley de Financiamiento para el sector público, con la gaveta obligatoria que hay para los bancos y el financiamiento por medio del Banco Agrícola y el Fondaf, se han superado los 20 millardos de bolívares fuertes”, indicó.
El financiamiento a los pequeños productores fue una de las estrategias que el representante de la FAO en Venezuela, Francisco Arias, observó como una política atinada para contribuir a erradicar el hambre en el país.
“Fortaleciendo las redes sociales como Mercal, Pdval y Casas de Alimentación, pero también promoviendo la producción de alimentos localmente, son precisamente la estrategias que ha promovido la FAO para enfrentar la inseguridad alimentaria”, expresó Arias quien felicitó a Venezuela por sus logros en el área.

<STRONG><EM><STRONG><FONT color=#ff9900>A veces el uso de Internet supone a algunas personas un motivo de sufrimiento a causa de sus relaciones virtuales.
Se me ocurrió hacer este decálogo. ¿Os animáis a completarlo y criticarlo?.</FONT></STRONG></EM></STRONG>
<STRONG><EM><STRONG><FONT color=#ff9900>
1-No intimes enseguida con las personas. Basta un trato correcto y agradable. El tiempo es tu mejor aliado.
2-No esperes de alguien a quien apenas conoces unas respuestas o reacciones acordes con tus expectativas.
3-No dés interpretaciones apresuradas a los mensajes. Ten en cuenta que faltan los tonos, expresiones y gestos.
4-No creas todo lo que te digan. Sé escéptico y si descubres alguna mentira, no te enfades. Mira todo con cierta distancia (si es verdad, bienvenida sea. Si no lo es, ¿qué te importa?).
5-Convéncete de que estás en la red para entretenerte, relajarte, evadirte,…No pretendas que te solucionen tus problemas ni abrumes a tus contactos con ellos.
6-No crees problemas con discusiones. Si te implicas demasiado en ellas, los problemas serán para ti.
7-No busques problemas metiéndote en los asuntos de otros. Ello supone en ocasiones cierta dosis de egoísmo; pero debes autoprotegerte, sobretodo si tu estado emocional no es del todo estable.
8-Vuélvete independiente en la red, aprende a estar solo/a sin sentirte así. Hay infinidad de medios para lograrlo y lo contrario sería caer en el victimismo.
9-No olvides que detrás de cada nick hay una persona.

<img class="imgcen" id="img_0" src="http://lacomunidad.elpais.com/blogfiles/lentejas/PyG.jpg"><big>Insistiré un poco más en el tema planteado en mi entrada anterior sobre "<a id="link_0" title="http://lacomunidad.elpais.com/lentejas/2009/9/7/la-mala-buena-fortuna" href="http://lacomunidad.elpais.com/lentejas/2009/9/7/la-mala-buena-fortuna">la buena mala fortuna</a>", donde <strong>animaba a cambiar de perspectiva y relativizar nuestros problemas como necesario ejercicio de salud mental</strong>. Lo escrito entonces es extensible, por supuesto, a los negocios.
El señor (o la señora) "X" acaba de comprobar que su patrimonio se ha visto reducido, a causa de unas inversiones desafortunadas, de 1.200.000 euros a 1.000.000 euros. Por otra parte, su cuñado (o cuñada) "Y" advierte que unas operaciones acertadas han incrementado su riqueza de 100.000 a 300.000 euros. <strong>"X" sigue siendo bastante más rico que "Y", pero con seguridad se siente mucho más desgraciado que su cuñado, y no por cuestiones de parentesco</strong>.
Este hecho fue formulado por <a id="link_1" title="http://lacomunidad.elpais.com/lentejas/2008/11/30/mis-economistas-cabecera-1-daniel-kahneman" href="http://lacomunidad.elpais.com/lentejas/2008/11/30/mis-economistas-cabecera-1-daniel-kahneman">Daniel Kahneman </a>y Amos Tversky el año 1979 en su <em><a id="link_0" title="http://prospect-theory.behaviouralfinance.net/" href="http://prospect-theory.behaviouralfinance.net/">Prospect Theory</a></em>, según la cual asignamos más valor a nuestras ganacias y pérdidas que al cómputo final de nuestros activos. De forma análoga, los autores establecieron que la gente subestima en grado muy notable y poco racional las ganacias probables frente a las seguras, aunque estas sean mínimas. Y es que <strong>la psicología nos juega malas pasadas </strong>(otro ejemplo: "<a id="link_2" title="http://lacomunidad.elpais.com/lentejas/2008/12/3/empenarse-el-error" href="http://lacomunidad.elpais.com/lentejas/2008/12/3/empenarse-el-error">Empeñarse en el error</a>").
Por tanto, ganar nos proporciona felicidad y perder nos hunde en la miseria. "Y" se siente como un ganador, mientras que "X" arrastra los pies en el fango de los derrotados, aunque su patrimonio supera al de su cuñado en casi un millón de euros. No obstante, si en lugar de lamentarse con amargura por su mala fortuna modificara su perspectiva, podría darse cuenta de que su problema no es tan enorme ni tan digno de lástima como cree.
