<IMG class=imgcen id=img_0 src="http://lacomunidad.elpais.com/blogfiles/pimayasevilla/IMG_4298.jpg">Ese titular sería el resumen de mi día de ayer -me falta <STRONG>cine</STRONG>, porque ya de noche ví la comedia romántica <EM>27 vestidos, </EM>de la misma guionista que <EM>El diablo se viste de Prada,</EM> <STRONG>Aline Brosh McKenna</STRONG>-.
Os cuento.<STRONG> Santa Olalla del Cala</STRONG>, <STRONG>Huelva</STRONG>,<STRONG> </STRONG>está a unos 70 Km. de Sevilla y tiene un precioso castillo que se alza sobre un cerro. El primer documento histórico que refiere a Santa Olalla es un privilegio del <STRONG>rey Sancho IV </STRONG>de <STRONG>1293</STRONG>, en el que se habla de un acuerdo del concejo de la ciudad de <STRONG>Sevilla</STRONG> de construir castillos en Cumbres y Santa Olalla, «<I>porque con los otros castiellos e las otras fortalezas que son en essa Syerra podría seer guardada toda essa tierra muy bien</I>».
<IMG class=imgcen id=img_1 src="http://lacomunidad.elpais.com/blogfiles/pimayasevilla/IMG_4297.jpg">Sin embargo, <STRONG>Alfredo J. Morales</STRONG>, en su obra <EM>Arquitectura Medieval de la Sierra de Aracena</EM> duda de que la construcción del castillo haya sido de nueva planta a partir de 1293, y aventura su existencia por lo menos al <STRONG>siglo XII</STRONG>, en el período musulmán pues según él, la puerta principal es una patente construcción musulmana, como sus muros, las torres rectangulares, o las molduras horizontales que tienden a recortar la verticalidad del torreón -elemento corriente en las realizaciones almohades que recuerdan los lienzos que aún subsisten de la cerca de Sevilla-. Aunque, aclara el autor que, cristianas son las torres circulares que debieron ser realizadas durante el <STRONG>siglo XIV</STRONG>.
En el <STRONG>siglo XIII </STRONG>el ejército castellano conquistó la <STRONG>Sierra de Aracena</STRONG>, en su avance hacia Sevilla y la <STRONG>Baja Andalucía, </STRONG>y la zona fronteriza entre cristianos y musulmanes durante los siglos que precedieron a su reconquista mantuvo su carácter, entre el <STRONG>Reino de Sevilla </STRONG>y el de <STRONG>Portugal</STRONG>, prácticamente hasta el siglo <STRONG>XVIII</STRONG>, cuando se llegan a estabilizar los conflictos entre los dos principales reinos peninsulares.
<IMG class=imgcen id=img_2 src="http://lacomunidad.elpais.com/blogfiles/pimayasevilla/IMG_4321.jpg">Este área militarizada y caballeresca, que defendía el gran Reino de Sevilla de las amenazas portuguesas, estaba protegida por una cadena de <STRONG>castillos</STRONG> y <STRONG>ciudades fortificadas</STRONG> que se comunicaban visualmente alcanzando hasta la misma Sevilla. Uno de estos castillos era el de <STRONG>Santa Olalla del Cala</STRONG>, que se comunica visualmente con el de <STRONG>Real de la Jara</STRONG>, ya en la provincia de Sevilla. Entre las ciudades fortificadas destacaba <STRONG>Aracena </STRONG>en la que tenía sede la <STRONG>Orden del Temple</STRONG>, y que cuenta con su iglesia mayor, proyecto del humanista <STRONG>Juan de Herrera. </STRONG>Pero Aracena bien merece un <EM>post</EM> ella sola, así que de eso hablamos otro día.
<IMG class=imgcen id=img_3 src="http://lacomunidad.elpais.com/blogfiles/pimayasevilla/IMG_4337.jpg">Después de pisar tanta piedra, el estómago empezó a rugir con fuerza, de modo que corriendo a <STRONG>Higuera de la Sierra </STRONG>por la <STRONG>A-461 </STRONG>para comer en "<STRONG>El Vitamina</STRONG>" cuya especialidad son las <STRONG>setas</STRONG>. Si vais, yo os recomiendo el revuelto y las croquetas de setas, aunque el estofado de cordero tampoco tiene nada que envidiarles.
Y caminito de Sevilla, un ligero desvío al <STRONG>Factory</STRONG> del Aeropuerto para visitar: <STRONG>Bimba y Lola, Roberto Verino, Purificación García, Camper, Zas, Massimo Dutti </STRONG>-allí encontré la falda tubo en negro que estaba buscando-, antes de entrar en el cine a ver la peli -entretenida sin más-.
Me gustan los días así, en los que haces de todo un poco. Sobre todo si hace sol ;-)
