En muchos libros sobre periodismo bélico, en los que se cuentan las vivencias y reflexiones de los miembros de La Tribu (nombre que recibe el grupo de reporteros que se suelen encontrar en todos los conflictos), se relata como después de ver todas las atrocidades posibles, el reportero cae en el cinismo y pierde la fe en la bondad del hombre. O mejor dicho, pierde directamente la fe en el hombre. En esos momentos, solo el amor –es mi opinión- puede curar. Un 7 de Julio del 2007 empezaba "Esta Pasando" sustituyendo a "A tu lado", un programa prometedor que aparcaba la cronica social para dar una mayor cobertura a la actualidad y en directo, el programa producido por "Mandarina" llegó a emitirse los 7 días de la semana por eso el programa se ha ido deteriorando poco a poco. A mediados de Enero de este mismo año y tras el desgaste tanto de formato como de imagen, Telecinco decidio sustituir a Emilio Pineda y Lucia Riaño, para intentar salvar el formato y subir la audiencia Telecinco decidio colocar a Daniel Domenjó (Antes Presentaba la edicion fin de semana con Paqui Peña) y Marisa Martín Blázquez como los nuevos presentadores y trasladando el programa a las sobremesas, esta formula no ha dado resultado ya que "Esta Pasando" ha llegado ha registrar tanto % por debajo del 10%. Entre los escritos está "Juego sucio" de Philip Knightley (Historiador especializado en corresponsales de guerra) .Este texto se publicó por primera vez en <EM>Guardian Weekly </EM>en marzo de 2000. <BLOCKQUOTE>"Cuando grupos de viejos corresponsales se reunen en un bar -como se sabe que hacen- derraman una lágrima nostálgica por Vietnam, esos días en los que eran héroes famosos e importantes. En Vietnam, el ejército de EE.UU. los aceptó y les proporcionó completa colaboración. Libres de censura, los periodistas iban a donde decidían, informaban de la verdad tal y como ellos la veían y, según el ejército, por eso se perdió la guerra. Robert Elegant, un experto en Asia, escribió más tarde: " Por primera vez en la historia moderna, el resultado de la guerra se decidió no en el campo de batalla sino en las páginas impresas y, sobre todo, en las pantallas de televisión." La organización oficial para ellos fue impresionante. Había una reunión diaria con la prensa en el cuartel general de Bruselas, varias conferencias de prensa, reuniones en el pentágono, ruedas de prensa en la Casa Blanca y declaraciones tras declaraciones de Clinton, de Blair y otros muchos ministros aliados. Las nuevas técnologías de la información estaban disponibles para proporcionar al público una visión general y sin precedentes de la guerra. Pero nos ahogamos en olas de palabras e imágenes que no añadían nada. "Kosovo resultó ser la operación más secreta que puede recordarse" escibió el hstoriador británico Alistair Horne. (...). ¿Que había cambiado entre Vietnam y Kosovo? Básicamente que los militares habían ganado su larga batalla, de 150 años, con los corresponsales de guerra. Los periodistas siempre quieren contar todo. La actitud de los militares es: "No digan nada hasta que la guerra haya acabado, entoces cuéntenles quien ha ganado." (...) Los rusos aprendieron. Cuando Moscú comenzó su campaña contra Chechenia utilizó un sistema de organización de la información basado en el de la OTAN. Un gabinete de prensa ofrecía <EM>brieffings,</EM> al estilo de la Alianza, que tenían que ser utilizados literalmente, mientras que en el frente se hacía todo lo posible por obstaculizar a los reporteros y excluirles de las zonas de batalla. (...) Creo que el control de los corresponsales de guerra -de forma abierta o encubierta- será todavía mayor en el futuro y la mayoría de los medios lo aceptarán por que consideran, que en tiempos de guerra, sus principales intereses comerciales y políticos residen en apoyar al gobierno de turno" </BLOCKQUOTE> Esto se escribió en 2000. Acertó de pleno el señor Knightley. Podemos ver el vergonzoso papel de la mayoría de los medios américanos durante los 3 primeros años de la 2ª guerra de Irak. "Hace poco las fuerzas de defensa israelíes comenzaron a aplicar la segunda fase de la operación 'Plomo endurecido'. Fuerzas terrestres comenzaron a desplegarse al interior de la franja de Gaza", según un comunicado militar israelí. "Un número importante de fuerzas participa en esta etapa de la operación, incluida la infantería, los tanques, el cuerpo de ingenieros militares, la artillería y la inteligencia, con el apoyo de la aviación, la marina, la agencia de seguridad israelí y otras agencias de seguridad", según la misma fuente. Los tanques israelíes abrieron fuego en el norte de la franja de Gaza al iniciar su incursión en el territorio palestino. El movimiento islamista Hamas respondió con morteros, indicaron testigos a la AFP. Israel pagará "un alto precio" por su ofensiva terrestre, advirtió el brazo armado del movimiento islamista palestino Hamas, las Brigadas Ezzedine al Qasam, en un comunicado. La oficina del ministro de Defensa, Ehud Barak, indicó que Israel estaba movilizando el sábado en la noche a miles de reservistas en el marco de su ofensiva terrestre contra el Hamas en la franja de Gaza. El propio ministro advirtió además que el Estado hebreo está preparado para toda eventualidad en su frontera norte con Líbano, en una velada advertencia al movimiento chiita libanés del Hezbolá. Las personas a bordo de la aeronave, entre ellos el piloto, quienes sufrieron heridas de gravedad y quemaduras en diversas partes del cuerpo fueron trasladados en ambulancias de la Cruz Roja al hospital Muguerza en esta ciudad, donde su estado de salud se reporta como delicado. En la lista de lesionados se encuentran el director de la Comisión Estatal de Aguas y Saneamiento (CEAS), Emilio Bichara Marcos Wong; su asistente Rafael Reyes, el conductor de televisión Antonio "Toño" Moreno, la periodista Mercedes Aguilar, el capitán que pilotaba la nave Javier Parra y otra persona. El accidente ocurrió aproximadamente a las 20:30 horas, la avioneta tipo Cesna 210 cayó en la calle Siderúrgica y parque Industrial de Ramos Arizpe, unos dos o tres kilómetros del aeropuerto donde iba a aterrizar. No se puede decir que la TV Azteca estuviera cercana en alguna acción común con el Gobierno respecto al primer accidente, dado que "balconeó" -como dicen en México- a Mouriño en relación a unos asuntos de presunto tráfico de influencias. Es decir, no hay relación de grupo común entre los reporteros y los funcionarios del gobierno mexicano. Para hacernos una idea de lo que sufre latinoamérica a manos del Hampa, baste decir que llegan a 42 muertos en un fin de semana que caen en Venezuela en manos del Hampa. En Venezuela hay una lucha mas notable que en el resto de esos países, pero Argentina y Bolivia también destacan.
