Me está gustando mucho el lirismo que Mo Yan intercala en la narración de sucesos terroríficos. Lamentablemente, la “cura” propuesta es una continuación del proceso que causó la actual crisis de escasez de mujeres, la ingeniería social. <o:p></o:p> A comienzos de los años 80 se impuso selectivamente la política de un solo hijo, en contra de los deseos de la gente de tener dos o más hijos. Después del primer hijo, se obligaba a las madres a abortar.<o:p></o:p> En general, los chinos han preferido hijos varones, en parte porque la cultura desestima a las mujeres. Pero, además, había una razón práctica. En el campo, donde la supervivencia depende del trabajo duro, se preferían los varones por su mayor fuerza. Además, las hijas se casan y se van, por lo que su trabajo ayuda a la familia del esposo. Si nacían hembras, las mataban o las ofrecían en adopción a extranjeros. <o:p></o:p> Debemos recordar que el programa chino de un solo hijo fue aplaudido como progresista por muchos occidentales. <o:p></o:p> Ahora como vengo leyendo en artículos en los periódicos occidentales, Europa reclama un nuevo proyecto de Ingeniería Social para china. Para Oriente se avecina un nuevo y lucroso negocio, si nos damos una vuelta por UNICEF, entre 1998 y 2001 unas 60.000 mujeres vietnamitas entraron de forma ilegal a China, la mayoría de ellas vendidas para ser prostituidas o como “esposas por encargo”. Y qué ocurre con las niñas chinas? 8474 <DIV style="TEXT-ALIGN: center"></DIV><DIV style="TEXT-ALIGN: left"><IMG id=img_0 style="WIDTH: 113px; HEIGHT: 107px" height=857 src="http://www.booghgaard.nl/logo-art%20of%20africa.JPG" width=708> Discordia entre Portugal y paises de la unión al afrontar al dilema de invitar o no a Mugabe a la cumbre Europea - Africana por las violaciones de los derechos humanos cometidos por Mugabe contra su propia población, la falta de libertad, "la tortura generalizada» y la "intimidación masiva de los opositores políticos" en Zimbabue. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p> Bien es cierto que Europa es exportadora de democracias, de la sociedad del bien estar y por supuesto de nuestra "Burbuja" acomodada, no podemos olvidar que Europa se forjo a través de la esclavitud de africanos, de agotar todas sus materias primas en la era colonial y nos comportamos como seres humanos simples lavándonos la cara intentando mejorar nuestras relaciones con nuestros vecinos. <o:p></o:p> No veo mal la celebración de esta cumbre sino todo al contrario, Europa se debe de responsabilizar en parte por la situación actual africana, de su desgaste democrático pero sin escondernos detrás, sin intentar esquivar constantemente la situación del continente mirando a otro lugar porque nos horroriza ver como prácticamente todas las desgracias van menguando a los paises africanos, no estoy de acuerdo de sentirnos mejor celebrando dicha cumbre cuando Europa IMPORTA de África (materias primas, diamantes) y les vendemos (coches y móviles).<o:p></o:p> Lo que Portugal propone y los demás países de la UE concuerdan es que en el futuro estas relaciones deben basarse "más bien en grandes cuestiones como la democracia, los derechos humanos, la seguridad, la prevención y solución de conflictos y la defensa del ambiente". La estrategia de ayuda al desarrollo "ha sido el sello que marca la contribución al progreso africano, pero es insuficiente, porque los problemas son tales que dificultan los resultados en esos dominios".<o:p></o:p> África no puede ser vista en una perspectiva de culturalismo, que ellos son los infelices, los pobres que no son capaces de desarrollarse y que tienen una percepción diferente del tiempo, porque hoy en ese continente existen una serie de buenos ejemplos.
